Living Meditation is a powerful approach to inner transformation based on ancient teachings, traditional practices, and modern applications.
David’s Living Meditation method developed over more than 20 years of teaching meditation one-on-one and in various kinds of group settings. At its core are 27 powerful techniques that David has perfected and has trained his Living Meditation Teachers to teach. Most of the techniques are rooted in the Indian mystical traditions of Yoga, Vedanta, and Tantra, but have been honed and adapted to suit modern practitioners.
There’s no one “right way” to meditate. It was never taught like that traditionally. I want people to think of their meditation practice more like a toolbox than a tool. Different techniques are more or less effective at different moments – and no two meditators are alike. I want people to love meditation. It doesn’t have to be boring and difficult to work miracles. Life is too short for boring and difficult. – David H Wagner
Living Meditation is an approach that can aid anyone who is looking to make the most out of life or navigate challenges on their path. Whether you’re ready to start a rigorous daily 45 minute practice or just learn some tools to shift your mood when you need to, Living Meditation is an excellent resource. The essential factor of Living Meditation is its application to conscious living. People learn to go deep in their sitting practice and transform their experience of themselves so they can apply the fruits of their practice in their relationships and work and life.
Some people – like the teachers I train – learn all of the techniques. Most people just learn a few and get everything they need. A little bit of this stuff goes a long way if people have the right training. – David H Wagner
David trains people in Living Meditation via private sessions, and offers a variety of Living Meditation workshops, retreats, home study courses, and teacher trainings throughout the year. You can find David’s high quality guided meditation videos on YogaGlo.
