If you’ve made it this far, I want to congratulate you! These days there are so many options and images and voices calling out to you and promising to answer your questions and quench your spiritual thirst.
I’ve been in the field of spiritual learning and personal development now for more than 25 years. Over this time I have seen the rise of mainstream yoga, “mindfulness”, and so many other trends, techniques, and popular practices. During these years I have also had the privilege to work with thousands of people and help them; help them to be happier, more free, more connected to Spirit. At its heart, the work I do is healing work. I help people to heal whatever is keeping them separate from a magnificent life and a magnificent experience of their own selves.
The basis of my ministry and work is “inner work”. This means working with our internal energies, our conditioning, our inner wounds, and our inner experience of ourselves in general. The practice of meditation is a core practice in my work and a skill that I encourage people to learn. Here is a very simple, short guided meditation that you can do right now before you read further.
